Cranial Sacral Release

The therapist places their hands lightly on the patient's body, tuning in to the patient by "listening" with their hands. Light caressing touch of cranium and spinal areas aids in balancing the body's CranioSacral System of bones, nerves, fluids and connective tissues. Cranial sacral therapy may help mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia.
